WHAT WE GROW
Our lambs graze on our green pastures, organic hay and enjoy many extra treats from the garden. Available in May. Contact us now if you are interested as we typically have a 1-2 year wait list for lamb!
Our pigs are grown naturally on our green pastures, local barley, apples, vegetables, minerals and whey from Mt Townsend Creamery all without pesticides or hormones....And they are delicious! We take pre-orders for your half or whole pig in March every year. Ready for pickup by you in November. We cannot guarantee availability if you do not pre-order by April.
Our main market vegetables include: asparagus, garlic, parsnips, rhubarb, pumpkins, pickling cucumbers, winter squash, and horseradish. Available directly from our farm or through the Port Townsend Food Co-op and Chimacum Corner Farmstand.
The fruit tree orchard bears a diversity of apples, pears and plums every year. Our berry patch provides seasonal: black currants, raspberries, gooseberries, rhubarb, strawberries and blueberries. Available directly from the farm or from the Port Townsend Food Co-op, Chimacum Corner Farmstand, Propolis Brewery and Elevated Ice Cream.
TRULY FREE RANGE EGGS
Our chickens enjoy full access to our green pastures from morning until night. They are also supplemented with small amounts of local wheat & barley, whey, layer pellets and of course a huge abundance of farm vegetables, fruit and weeds. Available directly from our farm or through the Port Townsend Food Co-op.
